I have a great feeling about this!
Mainly because Belching Beaver gave us an exclusive preview of their new beer: Digital Bath, their 4th collaboration with Deftones! Come along with us as we chat about Solo’s Kessell Run and this super tasty brew before the public gets to. Thanks again, Belching Beaver! Find more on them here: http://belchingbeaver.com

It’s time to make some muthaf$%#kin chimichangas to chat about the second round of crass jokes and 4th wall breaks from your neighborhood friendly pal, Deadpool. This review will take maximum effort, so have a cold beverage on hand when you come on this journey with us! Our beverage of choice for this episode was the delightful Modern Times hazy IPA called Avalon, which you can find more info on here: www.moderntimesbeer.com/beer/avalon
With no movie to see this week and a few new releases being sequels, The R&B crew go over sequels that they loved and hated. Also, what makes a good (or bad) sequel? Hit us up on our social media and let us know if there’s movies we missed that must be named! The beverage of choice for this episode is Stone’s I’m Peach double IPA. Scope the details on that here: www.stonebrewing.com/beer/special-r…ach-double-ipa.
月が奇麗ですね!!!! This week the Reviews & Brews crew catch up on releases with the quirky Wes Anderson stop motion delight, Isle of Dogs. And yes, you will want sushi after watching this movie! The beer for this episode is very not Japanese, as we go back to Epic Brewing for their RiNo APA. Read up on this delicious beverage here: www.epicbrewing.com/news-and-events…leases-rino-apa .
I’d imagine this post will be fairly obvious as to what I’m aiming to do here, but here we go anyways! To prepare for Avengers: Infinity War I decided to watch –all– of the MCU before the grand viewing. There are some exceptions here and that is I didn’t get to see The Incredible Hulk, nor did I get to see the first Thor. Oh, and we saw Black Panther twice a couple months ago so that was also skipped. I will add Infinity War to this someday, but if you listened to our review you will understand why it can’t quite be ranked yet.
So, without further ado here is my MCU best of list:
- Iron Man
- Captain America: The Winter Soldier
- Captain America: Civil War
- Guardians of the Galaxy
- Doctor Strange
- Black Panther
- Spider-Man: Homecoming
- Thor: Ragnarok
- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2
- Iron Man 2
- Captain America: The First Avenger
- Iron Man 3
- Avengers: Age of Ultron
- The Incredible Hulk
- Thor: The Dark World
18 films and 10 years couldn’t prepare you for this review… The culmination of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is going down, so grab a coldie and join Ken & Brad while they discuss this epic movie. The beverage for this episode is the Mikkeller California Dream Pilsner, which of course you can learn more about here: www.mikkellersd.com
A little late, but worth the wait! Reviews & Brews takes on sequel extravaganza Super Troopers 2 very much not sober! Come along for this ride along and get a liter of beer while we discuss a shockingly decent sequel, right meow. The beer for this episode is the stalwart, consistent, and tasty Saint Archer Pale Ale, and lookie here they have more details online: www.saintarcherbrewery.com.
You asked for it, so you got it! The people have spoken, so Ken & Brad deliver by taking on the video game turned movie Rampage. Yep, it goes how you would expect… But tune in anyway!
The beer for this disaster is Mike Hess 8 West Honey Wheat, which of course you can learn more about here and also -isn’t- a disaster: www.mikehessbrewing.com.
Spoilers abound on this perilous (and drunk) review of writer/director John Krasinki’s A Quiet Place. Listen as Ken & Brad struggle to profess their love of the movie and for Jim from The Office. The beverage of choice for this episode is Coronado Brewing’s Coco Chaos, which you can learn more about here: coronadobrewing.com.
Get ready for all the nostalgiaporn you can handle as Ken & Brad dive into The Oasis to tackle Steven Spielberg’s take at Ready Player One. To help make this review go down smooth Pariah’s Smylex Rye IPA (www.pariahbrewingco.com) was our weapon of choice. Oh, and PS – this episode contains spoilers, you’ve been warned!
